we require following fabric for India

Fabric Construction (greige Plain Fabric),Undyed,Unbleached fabric

Warp
1. The yarn Should be 84 denier polyster texturized yarn with 1900 TPM(Twist Per Metre)for S type and 1850 for Z type
2. The Warp Beam should have 3680 Ends it should be made with both S & Z Yarn
3. The Warp Beam Width Should be 57 Inches

Weft
1. The yarn Should be 84 denier polyster texturised yarn with 1900 TPM(Twist Per Metre)for S type and 1850 for Z type
2. In weft both S & Z yarn should be used one by one I.e: in 1 shuttle the S yarn should be used and in other shuttle Z yarn must be used
and in making the Fabric both shuttle should be used alternately, like 1 pic for S type and 1 Pic for Z type
3. The Reed should be of 64 inches
4. The Fabric width should be 52 inches which includes both side border
5. The Fabric Border should be made with 96 warp ends(Each) while using 24 blocks in reed and each block should contain 4 warp ends so it become 24 x 4=96 warp ends

1.the twisted yarn should be heat setted so it can be easily used to manufature the fabric
